I have found myself being promoted to Founder, which is a great honour, but I was wondering that if that we should make some changes. And I would like peoples opinions on each of these. I am not personally set on any of these, but I do wonder if changes would be in order moving forward, but on the other hand I don't wish to offend or detract from what has worked well for this group.
1) This group was setup as a foot fetish group, and while I have no intention of stopping this sort of content, many submissions (including most of my own) are not foot related and frankly it isn't my personal fetish. So the question is: Should the group remain predominantly Foot Fetish , or become a more general group?
2) I suppose there is the question: If the group remains predominantly foot related, should I remain in charge as this is really not my thing personally?
3) There has been a ban on men in images, Should men be allowed in images at all?
4) If men are allowed in images, should it only be where women feature in the image as well?
At present the system is set up so that the Founder allocates what folders submissions go into.
5) Would it make more sense for people to submit images to the folder they think is applicable?
6) Should founders/co-founders/contributors vote on whether the submission is acceptable or not?

Featured
The "Featured" gallery was overflowing again, I have freed up space in it by moving some older stuff to the "Legacy Featured" Gallery/
Males
Following a quick consultation, I have decided to create a "Males" folder.
This folder is the only place on the board for images where men are the primary focus of the image.
Images where men are secondary to female can be located in other albums.
As for non-binary images... for now they are not allowed, however I am likely to revisit this later.
Men and Non-binary
As we move to being a more generalist group, I was considering adding galleries for men and non-binary art work?
As traditionally this group has been exclusively about women, I wanted to take peoples "temperature" on the issue rather than making it unilaterally.
I would appreciate hearing peoples views.
At this stage I am minded to say they are aloud, but only in their designated folders and not allowed in featured folder.
Reminder about submissions
Just a few notes about submissions.
1) Please only submit original work, that means either your own work, or proposing a work from the original creator's account.
2) Please submit work to the appropriate folder.
3) Only submit to the featured folder if the piece in question is genuinely the best of the best.

1 General is fine, especially as feet aren't your thing. The group's name doesn't really imply anything.
2 That is purely your call. Don't force yourself to do anything you have no desire for. That's just not very fun!
3 Neutral, but really, its your call here if you are going to run this. However, if there has been one rule this group has held firm to, it is the no men rule. Also, IMO, most men's feet are horrifying, that might be a door we want to keep closed. I can't imagine such a section being popular. But a general section, maybe.
4 It would make sense to say yes.
5 Letting people do that would remove the burden from you. Again, your call, but it would probably make life easier. Any group founders could move stuff later if they wish.
6 I'd prefer no votes, unless the submissions get really out of hand.
I think it is rather admirable that you are taking this seriously, but I really want to emphasize the voluntary nature of this. Trying to run a group could be time consuming, and your time is important. The time you devote to this group is time that you could be spending making and planning your art. At the very least, try to take some people on to be co-founders to help you out so you are not doing this alone. And perhaps if someone is willing, you could give them the group so you can step aside.
On the other hand, there could be some value in the experience of doing this. I'm not really sure what exactly, lol, but surely there is something.
